First, I have to say, Caroline, the host is is phenomenal! Her sense of humor, client centered skills, and commitment to her position is a true role model for others! Nick, our service was very good and was most attentive. He had a great sense of humor and knew his menu items as he was able to define and differentiate the differences in the meals. He was spot on with his recommendation. My friend had the bonsai burger which he said was very good. We both had the fries and thankfully they were bottomless because trust me we did our share of damage. They were fresh crispy and hot. Can't ask for anything better. The restaurant I will say was freezing, in fact it was frigidly cold. We did talk to him about that however they had no control over the AC. Love the light fixtures and the colorful tables, of course we had the red table. Overall, this was a good experience and I have to commend both Caroline and Nick for their outstanding service. They represent red Robin very well.

We walked to Red Robin from TRU and were promptly seated. We chose the bar as it was casual and quiet. Our server/bartender was attentive and made a good drink. We split beer cheese pretzels and a bacon cheeseburger. Both came out quickly and they split the burger for us! It was delicious and we were glad to have stopped by. Well worth the price and convenience.
Super quick service and very friendly staff! When we arrived they said it would be about a 10-15 minute wait, but our table was ready in less than 5. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu well! Food was fast and our server checked back often to refill drinks, fries, and sides!
Busy place- recent visit tried a new app with cheese dip and a couple burgers, food was good - love the fries and broccoli- yes broccoli. What impressed me tonight was even though there was a delay they took car of it without us even asking, also from the server, buzzer, food delivery person and manager they were all nice and made you feel like a customer they cared about and they knew their product food and service. Great job - Red Robin at Town Center - Jacksonville Fl this month your people are spot on - great team alignment and customer focused. With all the restaurants out there charging more and providing less service - I understand cost going up but service has to go up too - and you guys got it right. Thanks you
